DESCRIPTION:Join us in Charlotte\, NC\, at the Back to Independence Rehab gym for an empowering day clinic hosted by Shepherd Center and Back to Independence Rehab.This course offers educational and hands-on demonstrations focusing on fitness/exercise\, tai chi\, guided meditation\, and health and wellness education.The $20 registration fee includes a T-shirt\, instruction\, and equipment. Financial assistance is available for most programs. Please note: participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation.Registration is required for all events and opens at least six weeks prior to the start of the class or course. Most courses require a small fee; however\, financial assistance is available.
